The sole "deliverable" associated with a successful donation is an email confirmation sent to the address provided by the donor at checkout.
2. Email Confirmation
Upon successful payment, an automated email confirmation is sent to the donor. This email includes:
- The donor's name and email address;
- The donation plan (Supporter, Ambassadeur, Mécène, or custom);
- The donation frequency (monthly or one-time);
- The amount charged and the currency (MUR);
- The transaction date and reference;
- A reminder of the applicable refund policy.

3. What to Do if You Did Not Receive a Confirmation
If you completed a donation but did not receive an email confirmation within 1 hour:

- Verify that the email address entered at checkout was correct;
- Contact us at info@krakradio.online with your full name, the approximate date and time of the transaction, and the amount charged;
- We will manually verify the transaction and resend the confirmation if applicable.
If no payment was taken from your account but you expected one, the transaction may not have been completed. Please attempt the donation again or contact us for assistance.
4. Access to Krak Radio Content
Krak Radio is a free-to-listen online radio station. All broadcasts, replays, and publicly available content remain accessible to everyone at krakradio.online and via the Krak Radio mobile application, regardless of whether a donation has been made.
Donations do not unlock premium content, create a subscription, or establish any contractual access right beyond what is available to all listeners. The donation is purely a voluntary contribution to sustain the radio's mission.
5. No Shipping, No Physical Goods
KRAK MEDIA LTD does not ship any physical goods in connection with donations processed on this website. There are no:
- Merchandise, branded items, or gifts included with donations;
- Physical receipts or documents sent by post;
- Physical media (CDs, USB drives, etc.);
- Customs declarations or import fees applicable.
If Krak Radio were to offer physical merchandise in the future, a separate shipping and delivery policy would be published and would apply exclusively to those transactions.
